this is my truth

I was a 14 year high school teacher and a 10 year mental health technician for the United States Air Force Reserve who has had a life changing transition into a Counseling ministry.  I have a Master's specializing in Counseling Psychology which I received at Capella University and I am currently earning my Doctoral degree specializing in Clinical Psychology at Walden University.  I am first and foremost a Christian and have decided to write this blog to help and assist others who feel they need encouragement through their challenges and dilemma.  My religious experience stems from my position as a preacher’s daughter who has been a board member and counseling the members of New Israel Full Gospel Baptist Church.  I am also a faculty of the New Israel Full Gospel Theological Training Center of Ministry where I coordinate the curriculum and sometime teach.
